The Spirit Forge Journey

Our ‘Journey’ programmes are designed to provide individuals with the space to explore themselves and the development of their character in either a 'Mind (Philosophy), Body (Martial Arts) or Spirit (Hip Hop)' format. Using the power of a peer support group as well as individual journaling, the participants acquire a range of tools to aid their growth process.

  • Mind, Body or Spirit theme

  • 6 workshop days across a term

  • CPD for staff

  • Journal support throughout

  • Ceremony for awarding badges

Taster / Top up Days

Try out a workshop and get a feel for our approach or add on days to further support groups already on 'The Spirit Forge Journey'.

Staff Well-Being

Gather your colleagues to decompress and reconnect with one of our wellbeing days. Choose from either a 'Mind, Body or Spirit' format.
